Prices are indicative and confirmed by a written quote before we start. No hidden fees. Hardware repairs carried out in our workshop come with a 6-month commercial warranty.

We come to your home or office in Lille, Lambersart, La Madeleine, Marcq-en-Barœul, Villeneuve-d’Ascq, Loos, Ronchin, Wattrelos, Roubaix and Tourcoing, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. Same-day visits are often possible.

Do you speak English?
Our technician speaks French. You can write to us in English on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we will reply; during the visit, written English and translation apps work well. Many of our customers in Lille are students and expats.
How much does a computer repair cost in Lille?
Between €35 and €89 including VAT for most software jobs, plus a €55 call-out fee in the Lille area (free if you drop the computer at the workshop). Hardware repairs and data recovery are quoted after diagnosis.
Can you repair my laptop the same day?
Software problems (slow PC, virus, Windows, Wi-Fi, printer) are usually fixed the same day. Hardware repairs depend on the part: a battery or SSD is often done within a day or two.
Do you repair Apple MacBooks?
Yes: slow Mac, macOS issues, SSD upgrade on models with a removable drive, battery, overheating, data recovery.
Can I bring my computer to you instead of a home visit?
Yes, at the workshop in Armentières, by appointment. There is no call-out fee in that case, and complex jobs (data recovery, full reinstall) are often better done there.
